On February 17 from 12:30-1:30 pm Central Time ASP’s Nonprofit Center will present the webinar Setting Goals with OKRs. Leaders agree that goal-setting is a powerful tool for any organization. OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) comprise a goal-setting framework popularized by venture capitalist John Doerr and technology firm Google. OKRs are spreading outside of the technology and startup world into traditional corporations, government entities, and nonprofits. For your nonprofit, they may be a valuable tool to replace your goal-setting process.
