We work directly with you to develop a strategic plan that is tailored to your specific needs. - #### Environmental and Needs Assessments An effective strategy requires a complete understanding of your organization’s ecosystem. We take the time to assess the state of your current business strategies, program offerings, strategic relationships, market trends and stakeholder reputation through primary and secondary research to determine what is needed to achieve success. - #### Strategic Planning Retreat Strategic planning often requires stepping away from your day-to-day responsibilities to work with a clear mind without distraction. Through tailored retreats, we work with groups of all sizes and engage executive leadership, board members, managers, supervisors and front-line staff. Customized for your organization’s specific needs, we offer half-day, full-day and multi-day retreats with a fully developed agenda, critical issues discussion and consensus building. - #### Strategic Plan Development Our approach to strategic planning is not “one size fits all.” We work with you to define your organization’s vision, mission and values; develop business modeling and scenario planning; define organizational goals; set progress and performance indicators; develop operational plans; and define individual accountability for initiatives, program execution, timeline accountability and resources management. - #### Strategic Plan Implementation Too often strategic plans end up collecting dust.
