iBossWell Announces Repeat Engagement with CAPA

iBossWell (IBW) is proud to announce a repeat engagement with Child Abuse Prevention Association (CAPA), whose mission is “To prevent and treat all forms of child abuse by creating changes in individuals, families and society that strengthen relationships and promote healing.” IBW is supporting CAPA with a High-Impact Board program, to help board members continue to strengthen their effectiveness and impact.

CAPA serves thousands of children and adults annually, through its innovative and comprehensive treatment and prevention programs in counseling, family support, and education:

  • CAPA offers individual and family counseling for children and adults who have experienced child abuse, neglect, or family trauma.

  • CAPA’s Healthy Families Jackson County Program provides home-visiting services for parents of young children to support them in developing strong families and healthy parenting skills.

  • CAPA offers educational classes to strengthen families, school-based prevention programs, and community education opportunities to help individuals, business leaders, and community groups recognize and prevent child abuse and neglect.

Thank you, CAPA, for helping children and families heal from the trauma of abuse and neglect, and giving the community hope for a safer, brighter tomorrow!
