Let me introduce to you my Boss, Jerry Hoffman. He is the Western Region Training Administrator for the Dept. Of Corrections. I'm nominating him for this award because of his phenomenal ability to lead, develop and motivate indiiduals to exceed in whatever task he challenges them with.
He is an effective strategist who can plan for the impossible making acceptance of change a welcoming venture instead of a possibly intimidating, and worse case scenario, crippling event for an organization. Some stuff like being a Board member for Vatterott's Criminal Justice Program to a member of NIC's stuff would look good too.
Some other things he's been involved in are staff team building, cutting edge equipment, always staying one step ahead of the game. He leads his staff to volunteer in community projects so that the Department of Corrections "face" is out in our community letting the citizens know they are our priority. we, his staff are very fortunate to have such a man as our leader, please consider Jerry Hoffman for this award.
