     Strategic/Operational Planning Facilitation

A critical process for successful business outcomes is the creation and implementation of plans.      Coaching Services

To truly effect growth and change, adult learning research has shown that in most cases, a combination of group and individual work/training is the most effective approach. Our workshops and meeting facilitation provides the group side, and our extensive coaching services cover the individual side. Our coaching relationships focus on the client’s individual needs, often times identified through our leadership skills/qualities assessment tools. We also often facilitate conversations between the coaching client and a colleague/boss with whom they are having difficulties, to help expedite problem-solving. Such interventions consistently lead to extraordinary outcomes.

Our website provides the storefront for all of our coaching services. Group/Corporate clients can set up coaching appointments with their personal leadership coach directly on-line through the ibosswell.com website.

Individual customers can also receive coaching services by using a credit card online and within minutes receive a password into our query page or coaching scheduler. We offer prepaid packages or individual phone coaching sessions. All coaching clients receive access to the extensive on-line iBossWell ® private library and archives of advice and information for leaders.
