IBossWell PRIVACY POLICY

     Overview

iBossWell ® considers the privacy of its customers of the utmost importance. This Privacy Policy is supplemented by a confidentiality clause in the iBossWell ® Service Agreement, which specifically addresses communication between iBossWell ® representatives and users associated with the provision of consulting services. During the course of its relationship with customers, we collect several categories of personal information about our clients. We disclose some of this information to our affiliates and partners, and some to third parties. This Privacy Policy describes the information collected about iBossWell ® customers, and the policies that govern our use of that information. All of our partners and joint venture partners operate under similar privacy practices as described in this Privacy Policy and, subject to the requirements of applicable law, we strive to provide a consistent set of privacy practices in all of our activities.

As described below, some of your personally identifiable information is disclosed to third parties and used by third parties and by us. By accepting the Service Agreement, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information as set forth herein. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the iBossWell ® Service Agreement.


     Opting Out

You may opt out of (1) receiving communications from us based on your personal profile, and (2) the disclosure of your private information to nonaffiliated third parties. To do so, simply change settings from your login welcome screen.

1. We Do Not Accept Personal Information About Children: Children are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use our services only in conjunction with your parents or guardians.

2. The Information We Collect: To facilitate high quality and customized service to our customers, we collect and archive several types of nonpublic personal information from our clients. The information collected consists of the following categories:

a. Personal information about customers: This category may include information that you submit to iBossWell ® when your register, and includes your name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email addresses, education, employment position, and employment experience. We also collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through surveys, questionnaires and the like.

b. Credit Card Information: If you pay for our services using a credit card, we collect certain information including your credit card number, and the billing address and expiration date associated with the credit card.

c. Information generated by "cookies": We place a computer file called a "cookie" to your computer when you use the iBossWell ® Website. This file allows us to identify you, and collect various types of data about your use of our Website, including session information, the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login status; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Web site, including date and time; and cookie number. Much of this information is deleted upon termination of an individual session, but some is archived to your personal file. You can configure your Web Browser to disable "cookies," but if you do so we cannot provide a customized user experience, and cannot conveniently provide you with access to password-protected areas of the iBossWell ® Website (with cookies disabled, you will have to re-enter your password every time you access a new Web page in a password protected area).

d. Information about customers' transactions with iBossWell ® and its affiliates: This category may include information about the history of your use of iBossWell ® services, payment history, and relevant dates.

e. Information You Post: If you choose to post messages in our chat rooms or bulletin board services, or other message areas or leave feedback for other users, we will collect that information you provide to us. Any information that you reveal in a public area may be seen by third parties not related to ibosswell.com and may be used by them to contact you or for unauthorized purposes.

f. Correspondence Unrelated To Purchased Consulting Service: If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if others send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Site, we may archive this information in your file.

g. Information From Third Parties: iBossWell ® may receive and archive information provided by third parties, such as an updated address from a shipping service or the post office, and archive this information in order to provide customers with better service.

h. Information Received During The Course Of Consulting Services: This category of information includes any information you provide in connection with the use of our consulting and other services, such as personal information disclosed in email questions to our consultants or during the course of telephone coaching sessions. This information is considered highly confidential, and to the extent practical, is divulged only to persons who "need to know" (IBW Coaches and other authorized IBW personnel) the information in order for us to efficiently and effectively render our services.

3. Our Own Use Of Your Information: We use the information that we collect about you to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Service Agreement. We may use information personally associated with you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize our site's content, layout, and services. These uses improve our site and allow us to better meet your needs.

You agree that we may use your information to contact you and deliver information to you that we believe meets your individual interests, such as targeted banner advertisements, administrative notices, product offerings, and communications relevant to your use of our Website. By accepting the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to receive this information. If you do not wish to receive these communications, we encourage you to opt out of the receipt of these communications.

4. Disclosures Of Your Nonpublic Personal Information: Because of the technological, legal, and practical environment associated with our business, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be disclosed in ways not specifically mentioned in this Privacy Policy. For example, a governmental authority may force us to disclose certain information about you, or a person may illegally intercept electronic communications or access our Website and thereby access your personal information. Likewise, as with all commerce, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be used in ways not mentioned in, or contrary to, this Privacy Policy. For example, a third party could abuse its confidential access to your personal information. Therefore, although we do our best to abide by the terms of this Privacy Policy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications will always remain private.

As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. We may provide information about you, which does not allow you to be identified or contacted to third parties. For example, we might provide third parties with information regarding aggregate traffic and uses of our Website. Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not charge for this information. The following describes some of the ways that your personally identifiable information may be disclosed.

a. Disclosures Associated With Running Our Business: We reserve the right to disclose your nonpublic personal information to parties affiliated with iBossWell ® , where we, in our sole discretion, believe that such disclosure is necessary to facilitate the efficient provision of our services. For example, we may disclose a customer's nonpublic personal information, or give access to files containing such information, to entities under contract with us to administer our computer system and network. Likewise, we may disclose such information to our agents and contractors (such as Human Resources and Management Consultants and Attorneys). Any personal information provided to these entities will be subject to privacy protections at least as stringent as those contained in this Privacy Policy.

b. Disclosures To Strategic Partners: Email address and contact information may be shared with our strategic partners for limited marketing of relevant products and services. You may opt out of these disclosures if you wish.

c. Sale Or Merger: In the event that iBossWell ® , Inc., is acquired by or merged with another entity, we reserve the right to transfer any of your nonpublic personal information collected in our possession to such entity as part of such a transaction, provided that such entity shall limit further disclosure of such information according to the terms of the iBossWell ® Privacy Policy.

d. Other Disclosures: Finally, we reserve the right to release any and all information if we believe such disclosure is necessary to (1) comply with a validly issued court order, subpoena, or similar legal requirement, (2) comply with any law, regulation, or similar requirement, (3) protect the rights, property, or safety of iBossWell ® , its affiliates, agents, employees, or users, or others, or (4) effectively prosecute or defend against any legal claim (including judicial or non judicial mediation or arbitration) which arises from or is related to the use of iBossWell ® 's Website or services, or arises under or is related to this Privacy Policy, the iBossWell ® Service Agreement or Terms Of Use, or any contract between iBossWell ® and the party whose nonpublic personal information is disclosed.

5. Internal Privacy Measures: We employ industry standard methods for securing your personal information, including Firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. As an additional security measure, your Member Information is also kept physically separate on a separate server where your password is encrypted and stored on a database. Only authorized ibosswell.com employees or authorized service vendors are permitted to access your personal information. All ibosswell.com employees are required to follow internal Privacy Policy standards and are subject to dismissal upon violation of the Policy. However, as with all commerce, please be aware that there is no way to insure perfect protection of your personal information.

6. Privacy Choices: After completing the Registration process, you will be given the opportunity to subscribe to a number of online e-mail lists/promotional offers from ibosswell.com and/or third parties. You may at any time un-subscribe to these features by changing your preferences within the member services area of the website.

7. Updating Information: You can contact us in order to un-subscribe from our website or to update your personal information in your member profile by emailing us at customerservice@IBossWell.com.

8. Control Of Your Password: You are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password, including fees. If you choose to share your User ID and password or your information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your User ID and password. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change your password.

9. This Policy May Change: ibosswell.com may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting revisions on our Website. Your use of the site constitutes acceptance of the provisions of this Privacy Policy and your continued usage after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of each revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy or any revised policy, we will not accept any personal information from you, and you should exit the site immediately.
