g. Information From Third Parties: iBossWell ® may receive and archive information provided by third

service or the post office, and archive this information
in order to provide customers with better service.

of our consulting and other services, such as personal
information disclosed in email questions to our consultants
or during the course of telephone coaching sessions.

who "need to know" (IBW Coaches and other authorized IBW personnel)
the information in order for us to efficiently and effectively render
our services.

disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Service
Agreement. We may use information personally associated
with you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts,
to analyze site usage, improve our content and product
offerings, and customize our site's content, layout,

us to better meet your needs.
You agree that we may use your information to contact
you and deliver information to you that we believe meets
your individual interests, such as targeted banner advertisements,
administrative notices, product offerings, and communications

additional security measure, your Member Information
is also kept physically separate on a separate server
where your password is encrypted and stored on a database.
Only authorized ibosswell.com employees or authorized
service vendors are permitted to access your personal
information. All ibosswell.com employees are required
to follow internal Privacy Policy standards and are
subject to dismissal upon violation of the Policy. However,
as with all commerce, please be aware that there is no way to
